This is an excerpt from Chapter Two (Primetime with Preston) and Chapter Four (It’s All About the Yachts) of my book, which is filled with sketches and other rants about the state of American politics and business.

It is easy to fall for the false promises of Multi-level Marketing scams. And the MAGA movement is almost exactly like every multi-level marketing scam that has tried to pillage just about every community in the USA.

There are two very different versions of the American Dream, and two very different economic games can deliver a realized version of the player's preferred dream.

The results are in. So now this story is a "how the American Robber Barons' propaganda campaign worked way too fucking well in 2024" story. However, the question in the title of this book must still be asked every day until we can no longer speak.

This stupid-looking symbol defines the scale that I think better describes the political and economic tribes in our world than the widely used right vs. left scale. And it defines the mission of this little corner of the interweb.

The art here is focused on the two opposing economic games that we humans play. One of these games only fuels the bank accounts of a tiny percentage of our interdependent team. So fuck that fucking game.
